What Kind Of Pets Can I Have?
We have breed restrictions, but there is no weight limit. We do not allow exotic pets. Contact our leasing office with any more questions.
How Many Pets Can I Have?
Each home can have up to two pets.
Are There Any Deposits Or monthly Fees to Have A Pet?
$400 pet fee for 1 and $600 pet fee for two. Pet rent is $35 per month.
