What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?
You will need a co-signer.
What is acceptable “proof of income” to sign a lease?
You can bring in an offer letter, W2, or your 2 most recent paystubs.
What are the income and credit qualifications?
Residents are needed to make 3 times the base rent in gross monthly income.
What must I bring with me to tour an apartment?
To tour the apartment, you will need a valid photo ID.
Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
How many pets may I have?
Residents are allowed 2 pets per home.
What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?
We have breed restrictions and no weight limit. Exotic pets are not allowed.
